Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technical Recruiting

Location: San Diego, CA (100% Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8–9 AM to 5–6 PM | 40 hours/week

Employment Type: Contract

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a leading semiconductor and wireless technology company. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with strong technical sourcing expertise, full-cycle recruiting experience, and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.

• Source and engage qualified technical and engineering talent using effective recruitment strategies.
\n
• Conduct candidate assessments and coordinate interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience.
\n
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide recruitment updates, and drive hiring outcomes.
\n
• Manage candidate pipelines, requisitions, and recruitment activities using ATS/CRM platforms.
\n
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate records, and follow established hiring processes and compliance requirements.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• 5–10 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within the technology industry.
\n
• Strong expertise in sourcing, interviewing, candidate management, and offer negotiation.
\n
• Proven ability to engage hiring managers and manage multiple recruitment priorities with a sense of urgency.
\n
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
\n
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
\n

Preferred: Experience with Workday, Eightfold, Greenhouse, or similar ATS platforms. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is a plus.

Important Work Arrangement

This is a 100% onsite position in San Diego, California , with a standard Monday–Friday schedule.
